On March 25, 8 year old Raine Shannara suffered a brain aneurism. Raine was rushed to Bartlett Regional Hospital where she was stabilized and sent on an emergency flight to Seattle. In the fight for her life, Raine has to undergo three brain surgeries. At this time Raine is stabilized and receiving intensive medical treatment at Harborview Trauma Unit.

Glacier Valley Elementary School staff is holding a Taco Feed fundraiser to help the family out on April 29^th to help the family with the rising medical costs. If anyone would like to help out, donate food for the taco feed, or would like to attend the event please see the attached flier and donation forms. The fundraiser will be held at Glacier Valley Elementary School on Friday, April 29 from 5:30 – 8pm.

Thanks in advance for helping this family out as they try to get through the day to day bills & have the grief of having their daughter fight to get back to as normal a life as possible.
